Activate User

Click on Settings and select Manage Users.

Select the User Type.

Select a user (or group of users) by clicking the checkbox(es) next to the name(s), then click Go To and select Activate.


This will bring up a confirmation warning box similar to the following:


Click Activate Student (or whatever user type was selected).


  • Any user activated will gain immediate access to the software.
  • To activate a group of users, select all the users, then Activate them all at once.
  • Users imported automatically are (by default) imported as Active.
  • It is possible to use the import command to activate or deactivate students and teachers.
