Note: A user cannot be deleted if a test event has been created. Deactivate the user instead.
Click on Settings and select Manage Users.
Select a user, then click Go To and select Delete User.
This will bring up a confirmation warning box similar to the following:
To delete any other type of user (Teacher, District Admin, School Admin, Parent) change the User Type at the top to see that list of users. The choices available depend on your role and scope of access. Once you select the User Type, then follow the same steps.
Note: FitnessGram® does not allow data to be separated from its history, so if you try to delete a teacher and that teacher has test events associated with him/her, then you will get a warning similar to this:
Follow the steps to deactivate that teacher instead.
