As a security feature, the FitnessGram® 4-Character District Code is a unique code for your login jurisdiction. Users can look up this code by clicking Forgot and entering a zip code for their school building or district.
Click the Forgot link next to 4-Character District Code.
This will bring up the following dialog box:
Enter the zip code of your school or district. Then click the drop down list and select your district.
Click Send.
The system will prompt you with your 4-Character District Code:
Write down your code for future reference.
Click OK to have the system enter the code for you on the login page.
