We are excited to announce a new exciting feature to our FitnessGram Platform! You are now able to Upload FitnessGram Scores into our platform! Do you have your own system of tracking students’ FitnessGram scores? Your own spreadsheet? Well, if so, this is just the feature for you!
Before jumping into how to complete an upload into FitnessGram, here are a few guidelines to be aware of:
- In order to upload scores, an event has to be created first by the user.
- It is highly recommended to download the spreadsheet from the “Export” button – this will keep the upload process unique and relevant to the scores created.
- Naming of headers have to be exactly as those on the export (and student names and associated IDs included)
- The file must be uploaded in CSV format
- Please note, there is no preview screen of uploaded data.If the file is successful and the headers match, data will transfer.
- Scores already entered will be overlapped by the file if included in the file.
- The more scores uploaded, the longer the process will take. Please standby patiently or log back in at any time.
- You can also see the history of who completed file uploads under the Recent Uploads button.
Please watch this step by step instructional video of how to complete this process.
Create a Test Event
Go to the FitnessGram tab and create a test event. Once the desired classes, dates and test items have been added, click Create and Proceed.

Export
Now that the event is created, please click on Export. As mentioned above, use this as a template to enter scores as you see fit.

Once all scores have been recorded, you are now ready to complete an Upload.

Upload
Go back to the test event you created and click on the button titled Upload. Once you have read the requirements, click Proceed.

From here, you will need to add your scores in CSV format. Once the file is attached, click upload. Please know that the more scores uploaded, the longer the process will take. Please standby patiently or log back in at any time to see the uploaded scores.

***Please note that these students are all demonstration students and are not real. These students and scores were created for an example only.
