Teachers are able to access four different FitnessGram Reports! The Student Report, the Overview Report, the Completion Report and the Class Score (PYFA) Report.
This below video is a step by step guide on how to view the four different FitnessGram reports as a Teacher:
To run a Student Report, please click on Reports, Student Report, and click View Report.

Here you will be able to see Fitness Assessment Scores, the Fitness Zone, and up to 10 data points per test event! This is a great way for students to see their progress made over time.

To apply a filter, click Report Filters. And select the report filters desired:

First, you will need to select the school year you will be generating reports for.
Start and End Dates will automatically default to the current school year. Change the month and day to capture a specific test window.
Test Type will automatically default to Select All. Click the dropdown to select specific assessment types or test item categories.
To view previous assessment scores and track progress, you can now apply the filter: Show Complete Student History.

By applying this filter, you will be able to see up to 10 data points per test item.
To run an Overview Report, please click on Reports, Overview Report, and click View Report.

The Overview Report is an at a glance view of how students are doing as a whole. On the top of the report is the data for students in the Healthy Fitness Zones and on the bottom of the report, is the data for students in the Needs Improvement Zone.

To apply filters, simply click on the Report filters button. You can filter by: school year, school, class, grade, test type and dates. Once the filters are applied, click Run Report.

To download this report, simply click on the PDF Download button.

To generate a Completion Report, go to Reports, then Completion Report and then click View Report. This report provides what percentage of data has been entered for students. This is a great resource to use to ensure that there are no students missing any data.

To apply filters, click on the Report filters button. You can filter by: school year, school, class, grade, test type, test and dates. Once the filters are applied, click Run Report.

If needed, the functionality to download this report is available. Simply click on PDF Download or CSV Download at the top of the screen.
