How to Log In

1. Click the Forgot link next to Username:
2. This will bring up a dialog box:
   Note: FitnessGram will send to the email on file for your account. If the email address was not imported into the system by your FitnessGram District Admin, you will not be able to use this feature successfully. In that case, you will have to contact your District Admin to enter your email in the system.
3. Type your email address and click Send.
4. You will receive a confirmation box similar to the following:
5. Check the email for your Username.

Your Username for FitnessGram should be provided to you by your FitnessGram District Admin. Once you have received your Username you will need to reset your password to access the platform unless your District Admin has provided you with one.

If you are unsure of your Login information, you can click Forgot if an email address is on file, or ask your FitnessGram District Admin for assistance.

1. Click the Forgot link next to Password:
2. Enter your Username and Email.
3. Click Reset.
4. You will receive a confirmation box similar to the following:
5. Once the email arrives, click the link contained in the email, and you will be brought to the following screen:
6. Type the new password into the Enter New Password box, retype the new password into the Confirm New Password box, and click Save.

Password Requirements:

• at least 8 characters
• Case-sensitive
• at least 1 special character
• at least one capital
• at least one lowercase letter
• at least 1 number

As a security feature, the FitnessGram 4-Character District Code is a unique code for your login jurisdiction. District Administrators are the only users who are required to use this credential to log in.

1. Click the Forgot link next to 4-Character District Code.
2. This will bring up the following dialog box:
3. Enter your email and username, then click send.

If your email and username match, you will receive an email with your 4-Character District Code.
