Please see the below walk through of how to login and enter scores on the FitnessGram App:

Login:

Currently, the app is only available to teachers. Teachers may use the same login credentials that they usually use to login to FitnessGram. If a teacher is unable to login, we recommend using the Forgot Username or Forgot Password button to be sent instructions to reset your username/password.

Data Entry:
Once you are in, you are able to click on either the FitnessGram tab or the Administer Test tab.

When clicking the FitnessGram tab, you will be able to see all of your test events that have already been created. You are able to search for a specific test event by using the search bar at the top of the screen.

Click on which test event you would like to enter data for, click “Enter Data” and then choose if you would like to enter the scores by Class or by Student. Please note, if you select by Class, then you will be prompted to select which Class, once the desired Class is selected, please click “Proceed”.

From here, simply click on a student, or search for a specific student in the search bar, you would like to enter scores for and there you have it, it’s as easy as that!

You are able to apply exemptions by selecting the Exempt button on the top right hand corner of your screen. Simply select the Test Item(s) that you would like to exempt the student from and then enter the Exemption Code. For Texas users, please ALWAYS select the Texas Only Option, for all other states, please select “Exempt”.

Once scores are entered and exemptions (if any) are applied, select “Save” at the bottom of the screen.

To ensure data is entered for 100% of students, there is a “Missing Data” button at the top right hand corner of the screen. If you click the dot next to it, it will automatically only show the students that are missing scores.
