District Administrators are able to access five different FitnessGram Reports! The Data Export, the Overview Report, the Completion Report, the Class Score (PYFA) Report and the Student Report.
This below video is a step by step guide on how to view the five different FitnessGram reports as a District Administrator:
The Student Report provides individual students and parents with information about their fitness levels from one test event to another, including performance against the Healthy Fitness Zone® standards and information about the fitness component.
Overview Report
To run an Overview Report, please click on Reports, Overview Report, and click View Report.
The Overview Report is an at a glance view of how students are doing as a whole. On the top of the report is the data for students in the Healthy Fitness Zones and on the bottom of the report, is the data for students in the Needs Improvement Zone.
To apply filters, simply click on the Report filters button. You can filter by: school year, school, class, grade, test type and dates. Once the filters are applied, click Run Report.
To download this report, simply click on the PDF Download button.
Completion Report
To generate a Completion Report, go to Reports, then Completion Report and then click View Report. This report provides what percentage of data has been entered for students. This is a great resource to use to ensure that there are no students missing any data.
To apply filters, click on the Report filters button. You can filter by: school year, school, class, grade, test type, test and dates. Once the filters are applied, click Run Report.
If needed, the functionality to download this report is available. Simply click on PDF Download or CSV Download at the top of the screen.
FitnessGram Class Score (PYFA) Report
To view a sample of the FitnessGram Class Score (PYFA) Report, click Reports and select FitnessGram Class Score (PYFA) Report, then click View Report.
Select the report filters desired: School Year, School(s), Class(es), Grade(s), test(s), test type(s) and dates to filter your students.
Note: Test Type is set within the FitnessGram Test Event.
Once the desired filters are applied, click Run Report.
Once the report is ready, click PDF Download.
Data Export
To complete a Data Export, please go to Reports, Click Data Export and then View Report.
When you select View Report, the filters box will open to apply any filters that are needed. You can filter by: School Year, School, Class, Grade, and Dates.
There is also the ability to identify or de-identify students by name, number or both.
Once the appropriate filters are applied, click on Run Report and it will automatically download the data export file via Excel to your computer.
